YOGA

Come explore the benefits of yoga. Whether you want to increase your strength or flexibility, improve your physical or mental balance, or merely move your body with some incredibly warm and wonderful people, yoga could be right for you. This program will practice basic breath work, yoga postures and deep relaxation. This is a multi level class. Modifications and assists are offered. Class is held on Tues and or Thurs evenings and runs for 1 1/2 hours.

Dates:  Winter Session begins on Tuesday, January 3 (held on Tuesdays and Thursday)
            January 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
            February 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23
           
Time: 6:00-7:30 pm

          
Eligibility: Ages 18 & up. You may register for one night a week (either Tuesday or Thursday) or two nights per week (both Tuesday and Thursday). Classes are subject to a minimum enrollment of 8 students.

Location: West Windsor Senior Center

Cost: $100.00 for eight classes. $175.00 for 16 classes

Drop in: $15.00

Director: Heidi Prewett– certified yoga instructor

Note: Students should wear comfortable clothes and refrain from eating a large meal prior to the class.  Please bring your yoga mat.  Some classes may be cancelled due to evening use of the Senior Center by other Township groups.
