YOGA
Yoga
seeks to bring balance to the mind, body and
spirit. The postures and breathing techniques
of yoga have wonderful benefits to your heath
and well being. Yoga promotes flexibility,
tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates
balance and calms the mind. In time,
yoga improves strength and endurance and increases
awareness and concentration. It alleviates
stress and creates a welcome feeling of wholeness
and relaxation. Anytime is the right
time to begin. What a wonderful way
to start spring.
