This 90-minute workout consists of easy-to-learn moves and provides fast results in terms of improved balance, coordination and an increase in energy. Every lesson is an exciting mix of kickboxing, calisthenics and stretching. Plus, youíll learn self-defense as you sweat! Though most of our students donít actually spar, we do everything a top kickboxer does to get in championship shape. Kicking is great for the abs, buns, and thighs. Punching is great for the back, arms and shoulders. Kickboxing is the perfect full-body workout and its fun!
