Registration
Information
All Division of Recreation and Parks programs
are open to West Windsor and Plainsboro residents,
unless otherwise noted. Register early,
as all programs are on a first-come, first-served
basis. Please note that some programs have
special age requirements.
ONLINE
REGISTRATION AND CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED (for
most programs). Visa and MasterCard
will be accepted online and in person (minimum
charge of $25 required). Mail-in or
walk-in registration will also be accepted
for all programs. Certain programs
require specific registration forms. Check
program information for which programs require
separate registration forms. A mail-in
registration form is available online for
most of the programs. Complete
one form per person and mail form to West
Windsor Recreation, P.O. Box 38, West Windsor,
NJ 08550. Make checks payable to “West
Windsor Recreation”. For further
information, contact the Recreation Office
at 799-6141.

Dates
Registration
begins March 3, 2008 for all Spring and Summer
programs except Summer Swim Lessons,
Summer
Diving, and Whalers Swim Team which begins on
March 17 and Summer Tennis Lessons
which begins on March 24, 2008. The office is located
in the Municipal Building located at the corner
of Clarksville and North Post Roads.
Cancellation
Policy
The Division of Recreation and Parks reserves
the right to cancel any program if there is insufficient
enrollment. Dates and times of scheduled
programs are subject to change due to circumstances
beyond the control of the Division of Recreation
and Parks. Also, additional programs may
be scheduled which are not included in this directory. Every
effort will be made to keep residents informed
of all program changes. Flyers will be
distributed in the local schools and notices
will appear in local newspapers.
Refund
Policy
Please read the following statement carefully.
ABSOLUTLEY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Prior
Withdrawal: Registrants who withdraw
prior to the start of a program may be issued
a refund only if the Division of Recreation
and Parks is notified in writing at least
two weeks prior to the start of the program. No
refunds will be granted once a program has
begun. A
20% administrative service charge will be imposed
for all refunds granted. Please be advised
that the Summer Recreation Camp and Prime Time
Program have a separate refund policy.
Returned
Check Policy
There will be a penalty fee of $20 for each program
payment check returned by the bank for insufficient
funds. To maintain registration in the
program, payment must be made in cash to the
Division of Recreation and Parks in the amount
of the returned check. Individuals who
are penalized once for a returned check will
be required to make all future payments for program
fees in cash.
