CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) PROGRAM

This program is designed to train citizens to be better prepared to respond to emergency situations.  Our CERT members will be able to give critical support to first responders (police, fire, EMT).  The CERT program includes training in disaster preparedness, disaster fire suppression, basic disaster medical operations, shelter operations, search/rescue operations and many other emergency response courses such as CPR/First Aid.  For more information regarding class dates and times contact Officer Dyson of the Community Policing Unit at 799-0452.
